Delivery
Charlottes Interiors and Gifts are responsible for dispatching all orders to the customer. Charlottes Interiors and Gifts is ultimately responsible for making sure that the customer receives their order within the specified time frame.
In the unlikely event that the order does not arrive, we will provide valid proof of postage. Valid proof of postage will show that the item was posted and that it was sent to the address provided on the purchase order.
Back Orders

If you have purchased and received an item from Charlottes Interiors and Gifts and realised, you have ordered the incorrect item/s or no longer require it please follow these steps:

Item/s must have not been used in any way.
Item/s must be in the original packaging.
Please note this type of return we will not cover the shipping charges.
Exceptions
Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns Policy – We got it Wrong!
If in the unlikely event you have received your item/s incorrectly first of all we apologise for this inconvenience. Please first check your order to confirm if we have picked it incorrectly and sent the incorrect item/s. In either instance, we will be more than happy to exchange the item at our cost.
