Delivery Information
Currently delivery is only available for Mainland UK. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.
All orders are either shipped using Parcelforce’s express 48 delivery service, or using royal mails tracked 48 service which often takes 2 business days (maximum 3 business days) to reach you.
Our rates are:
- £5.99 for small lightweight parcels within the Royal Mail small parcel dimensions (2 business days)
- £7.99 for medium parcels (2-3 business days)
£13.99 for large items (2-3 business days)
Our delivery prices are split in to 3 different rates depending on the size of the item ordered. These are: small, medium and large.
*All services are tracked. Tracking information will be provided at the earliest possible time.
Delivery rates are as follows:
UK Mainland:

Delivery Terms:
We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your items as quick as possible. As our delivery service is outsourced to external couriers (Royal Mail), we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the time stated at checkout. During busy times e.g Black Friday & Christmas, there may be some slight delays in delivery times, although we will do our very best to ensure this is not the case.
You will receive a links from the courier prior to your delivery being attempted, you can use this link do adjust your delivery options, such as changing the date, or providing a safe place.

Returns Policy – Exchange or Refund
If you have purchased and received an item from Charlottes Interiors and Gifts and realised, you have ordered the incorrect item/s or no longer require it please follow these steps:
Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Item/s must have not been used in any way.
Item/s must be in the original packaging.
Please note this type of return we will not cover the shipping charges.
Exceptions
Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
There is no need to contact us to make your return unless you have ordered the incorrect item/s and need our assistance in selecting the correct item/s.

Returns Policy – We got it Wrong!
If in the unlikely event you have received your item/s incorrectly first of all we apologise for this inconvenience. Please first check your order to confirm if we have picked it incorrectly and sent the incorrect item/s. In either instance, we will be more than happy to exchange the item at our cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to inform us of our error.

If your item/s is received damaged ‘in transit’ then please follow these steps:
Please notify us immediately info@charlottesinteriors.co.uk along with photographs of the damaged packaging and item/s.
Item/s must be returned in the originally packaging.
Please make sure your returned item/s is accompanied with a copy of your details.
